The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $89,804.80 - $112,256
Provides Support with web projects and enhancements to deliver quality solutions and enhance the employee's and customer's experience. Participates in and supports agile project management teams. Has a good understanding of application architecture and full lifecycle implementation of IT solutions. Responds to customer web requests taking ownership and resolving as appropriate and will contribute to the development/revision of Corporate IT web standards and ensures compliance with established standards. Identifies web best practices for developing web portal applications and focus on process improvement opportunities in this area. Work closely with stakeholders, product owners and development team to create and evolve applications into final solutions. Develops new user interfaces for customized mobile applications. Creates web application proof of concepts and prototypes to meet new functionality requirements. Develops interfaces to communicate between web user interface and other distributed systems. Participates in the deployment of applications making sure that the security of the applications follows high security standards. Ensure that components are developed according to the architecture and design documents.
- Technical Support: This includes development and supporting other areas such as technological infrastructure and critical solutions.
- Change Management: Creating and monitoring change management strategies and plans for sponsorship, communications, operational impacts, and providing technical reports.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Works closely with various teams, including engineering, operations, product, digital, customer service, PR, and executive teams.
- Problem-Solving: Exercises advanced proficiency in problem-solving, leading initiatives to address complex challenges in technology, innovation, customer experience (CX), and digital strategy. This includes analyzing feedback and performance metrics to refine solutions iteratively.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrates a solid background in managing technological infrastructure and developments.
- Communication: Communicates clearly and reports critical information to the stake holders
- Digital Skills: Identifies digital transformation opportunities, leverages emerging technologies, and adapts or reshapes production, service, and customer processes.
- Continuous improvements: Stays updated with the technology, concepts, and best practices for coding single-page applications at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of Digital Platforms experience in web app designing, development, testing, and Digital Applications support/operational experience, three of those years with Technical Lead or Operations lead experience.
- Experience in developing applications using open technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java 8, Spring boot framework, Angular 16+ app development and MFE architecture.- Experience with Google Analytics, Remote Config and ELK stack.
- RDBMS knowledge and basic SQL query scripting.
- Experience in working with container frameworks such as Docker and any flavor of Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes experience is a plus) and cloud platforms Azure/AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Git and other Source code management modules
