Are you a data-driven leader—or ready to become one? At ENMAX, we’re looking for the right person to lead our Customer and Business Insights team within Customer Care. That might be an experienced leader with a passion and understanding for data and customer experience, or highly technical analytics professional ready to step into a leadership role. Either way, you’ll guide a team of analytics experts, partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, develop meaningful metrics, and turn complex data into actionable insights that shape better customer experiences. Education Required:* University degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Finance with 4 years relevant business experience; or technical diploma with a minimum of 6 years’ related experience.

Qualifications and Experience* 8+ years of progressive advanced experience in a data reporting and analytics role.

Competencies:* Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrates a strong desire to explore data, ask insightful questions, and understand the underlying drivers of business performance.

This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Note:* We have changed the way we connect with our candidates. Initial interviews may be done virtually as well as parts of our on-boarding and job training may be completed remotely.
