How You'll Make an Impact

+ Lead and guide the team in the order entry process, improving order accuracy and reducing throughput time. + Collaborate with engineering to enhance the drawing management process, ensuring timely and quality submissions. + Champion the change order management process, fostering positive internal relationships. + Support manufacturing efforts to maximize revenue by driving down units on shipping hold. + Communicate effectively with customers to resolve potential shipping delays. + Develop action plans to meet specific customer needs within market segments. + Drive down disputed invoices and manage return authorizations and customer concession requests. + Embrace and implement lean manufacturing methods to drive continuous improvement. + Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your Background

+ Minimum five years of experience or a degree in Engineering or Business or related field. + Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the USA without future sponsorship. + Prior team management experience is beneficial. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP. + Knowledge of general accounting principles. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Basic understanding of project management elements. + Experience in customer relations and fostering collaboration across functions.More About Us
