Talent Business Partner

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Talent Business Partner supporting our Vallourec North American operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning and implementing talent strategies with organizational goals while ensuring a best-in-class employee experience. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management – North America, the Talent Business partner will work cross-functionally to support global, regional, and local talent strategies. This role requires strong, strategic, and analytical thinking, and communication skills.
