Talent Acquisition Manager (Renewables/Solar/Wind)

Responsible for managing the daily operations of a group within the MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure Talent Acquisition (TA) Team to drive business results with a focus on compliance, quality, and positive candidate experience. Provide guidance and process development on full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and development of talent acquisition strategies. They will build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with HR colleagues to support organizational growth and talent needs. They will focus on maintaining a successful talent acquisition team that consistently sources and delivers a pipeline of top-quality talent.

This position will be one of three Talent Acquisition Managers supporting the MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure segment, specifically supporting MasTec Renewables subsidiary companies. This is will be located onsite, based in one of our MasTec Renewables offices in Fargo, ND , Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX (addresses are linked). Up to 15% travel is required to help support hiring initiatitives and internal stakeholders.
