City Light & Power (CLP) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team of Professionals at our corporate location in Greenwood Village.

We support the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the US, with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance for electrical transmission and distribution systems, as well as outdoor street, sport, and other recreational lighting.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring employees for CLP and affiliated companies. This position will take ownership of all company recruiting and recruiting compliance. This position will be essential in finding the best people for the growth and future success of CLP.

Duties And Responsibilities
Works closely with business to identify talent needs and source top talent for business objectives.
Sources candidates for current and future opportunities using various tools, networks, and methodologies. Prescreens candidates resumes to identify top talent for the identified business needs and submits recommendations to hiring management team for their consideration.
Owns the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance.
Oversees interview scheduling, hiring manager feedback, offer letter creation, and verbal offer discussions.
Supports Human Resources with pre-employment testing and first day preparation, as needed.
Communicates clear expectations to all candidates and business leaders regarding Company process, approvals, and timeline.
Maintains clear communication with candidates and business leaders to ensure all parties understand the status of each posting in a timely and compliant manner.
Supports coordination and preparation of recruiting events, as needed.
Attend job fairs and other industry events to build brand awareness and attract talent
Supports the Human Resources Team with social media, marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
Manages company Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsible for OFCCP compliance reporting requirements.
Work with HR Department on maintaining company job descriptions and job postings.
Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in full life-cycle recruiting is required.
Experience Recruiting In Highly Technical Fields Like Engineering Preferred.
Proven experience using recruiting platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience Using An ATS Required.
Knowledge of OFCCP requirements is preferred.
Understanding of multi-state and Federal regulations required.
Strong Interpersonal Skills Required.
Proficiency with computer software including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
You must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
A valid driver's license with a record that meets the CLP Fleet Policy is required.Benefits & Compensation:
We offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k with company contribution, paid time off and paid holidays.
Salary range: $85,000-$120,000 based on experience plus eligible for participation in Short Term Incentive Plan.
We reserve the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range based on factors u related to sex.
