In this role, you’ll lead the planning, development, and execution of complex engineering systems that integrate safety, cybersecurity, reliability, and performance — all while supporting multidisciplinary teams across chemical, mechanical, electrical, and structural domains. Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle — from requirements definition to final integration.
Drive functional analysis, allocation, and interface control between systems and subsystems.
Coordinate technical execution across cross-functional engineering teams, including I&C, HVAC, and civil disciplines.
Monitor progress, report status, flag risks, and deliver recovery plans that keep projects moving.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory frameworks at every stage of design and implementation.
Support all phases of development — from conceptual design through commissioning and operational readiness.
