Summary
Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Business Analystto join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with organizational goals. Reporting to the Salesforce Architect, the Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and technical needs while supporting our enterprise Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce solutions, enhancements, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect and development team to design and deliver scalable, efficient, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between current system capabilities and desired functionality.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end-users to ensure adoption of Salesforce functionality.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate solutions meet business requirements.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity through ongoing monitoring, cleanup, and governance processes.
- Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-release validation.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce in an enterprise environment.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform features.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and Salesforce integrations is a plus.
