Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bristol, CT. The System Operations Distribution Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for system operations staff. Day-to-day tasks include designing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The trainer will also support employees in maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Analytical Skills and strong Communication abilities

- Expertise in Training & Development, Training, and Instructional Design

- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Navy Nuclear experience may count towards education and experience.

- Experience in energy or utility industry is a plus
