Supply Chain Specialist

Filter King is a rapidly growing HVAC filter manufacturer and e commerce leader with operations in Miami Las Vegas and Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Our continued expansion is driven by a strong commitment to quality speed and operational excellence.

We are seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee purchasing inventory accuracy vendor relationships and raw material flow across all three Filter King facilities. This individual will manage inventory levels purchasing timelines and vendor performance while ensuring that all materials needed for production and fulfillment are available on time and accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory control including cycle counts reconciliations and accuracy checks across all locations

Manage purchasing for all raw materials and supplies supporting production and fulfillment

Maintain relationships with ten to twenty vendors including pricing negotiation and delivery coordination

Monitor inventory levels reorder points and lead times to prevent shortages or overstock

Use SOS Inventory to manage transactions reporting and material flow with expert proficiency

Prepare inventory usage reports material forecasts and cost tracking using advanced Excel skills

Collaborate closely with production warehouse and shipping teams to support daily operational needs

Identify process gaps and implement improvements that support accuracy speed and cost control

Qualifications

Minimum three years of experience in inventory management procurement or supply chain

Strong analytical ability with expert level Excel skills

Experience using SOS Inventory or a comparable inventory management system

Proven success managing vendor relationships and purchasing workflows

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments

Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment strongly preferred
