Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Supply Chain – Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist/Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist. This role is pivotal in analyzing business processes, conducting financial analysis, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. The position also focuses on developing dashboards, reports, exploring ways to enrich our data with both internal and external data points, and generating actionable insights to support effective decision-making.
As a key player in the team, you will bring economic and statistical models to bear, leveraging these tools to enhance data interpretation and uncover new opportunities. You will collaborate across departments, working with process models to optimize systems and develop capabilities to understand how processes and systems can generate missing or underutilized data signals, ensuring our systems and process landscape is continually improving.
Grade 11/12. This position is part of a job family with multiple levels. The successful candidate will be placed at a posted level commensurate with experience and qualifications .
