Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining files, copying and scanning documentation, tracking invoices and expense accounts, and maintain warehouse supplies
- Manage departmental rosters, travel requests, timesheets and approved leave forms
- Complete regular time entry for the Supply Chain team
- Generate correspondence, memoranda and meeting minutes
- Advise employees on relevant policies and procedures, or refer queries to appropriate personnel
- Assist with all other support required for the efficiency and function of the Warehouse
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the department and with internal stakeholders
- Review TASC cards and equipment circle check data sheets and update department logs
- Manage all housekeeping forms and safety related data for compliance
- Create and manage Fuel Fobs for Site Equipment.
- Work with Vendors to resolve Supply and Invoicing Discrepancies
- Support Supervisors with admisntrative requirements
- Other Warehouse duties including cycle counting and other tasks assigned from time to time
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related program
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Power App Programs.
- SAP (or similar ERP system) experience is considered a strong asset
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
- Proven commitment to health, safety and the environment
- Exceptional ability to work within a diverse team
- Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest.
- Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
