Job description:

Basic Function

HF SInclair is seeking a Supervisor, Payments in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of payment acceptance across the HF Sinclair customer network. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payment activities and serves as a key partner in maintaining operational efficiency. Works closely with the POS Technical Support Supervisor and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Job Duties

Preferred Experience

Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Education Level

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; OR 5 years' experience in B2B or B2C payment processing may be considered in place of formal education.

Preferred Skills

Direct supervision of a Chargeback Analyst, and a Payments Operations Supports Specialist.
