Supervisor, Area Substations

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is accountable for providing leadership, direction and oversight for the Transmission and Distribution substation maintenance activities in the Beaumont, TX area. The position promotes safe work behaviors and actions from all assigned employees and takes full responsibility for the safety culture within the workgroup.

Minimum Education:

Associate Degree or Technical Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience

Minimum Experience:

4 years substation related experience (engineering, construction, or maintenance/operations)
