The ideal candidate will have experience in substation construction and project management, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, and contractor coordination. DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines utilizing preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. As a Koch Company, we implement Principle Based Management to continue driving innovation, hold our team to the highest standard and streamline our overall processes to ensure project success for each of our clients.

For this role, we anticipate paying $120k - $165k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
