Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. As a Site Maintenance Superintendent, reporting to the Manager of NPI, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring critical site infrastructure—such as roads, buildings, and piping—is well-maintained and supports uninterrupted mining operations. Your work directly contributes to site safety, productivity, and long-term sustainability.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$145,400/yr - $180,000/yr with an additional 25% short term and 15% long term incentives. . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
