Site Superintendent – Hendel Homes (Minnesota)

Hendel Homes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to join our elite team of high-end residential builders. As a Site Superintendent, you will be the primary on-site leader, ensuring the successful execution of each custom home project from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of site operations, including subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, and quality control to ensure each home meets Hendel Homes' high standards.

•

Quality Control: Monitor all work for compliance with contract documents, building codes, and Hendel Homes standards, ensuring zero structural defects.

•

Safety Management: Enforce job site safety protocols, including safe gang planks, protective gear, and well-maintained equipment, minimizing risk to clients and workers.

•

Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project.

•

Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve job site challenges, coordinating with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

•

Task Management: Provide light carpentry and labor support as needed to keep projects on track and maintain job site cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

•

Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in high-end residential construction.

•

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

•

Experience with project management software, ideally Buildertrend, for managing schedules and tracking project progress.

•

A commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
