Job Description
As a Superintendent with a trades background and SAP experience, you have the opportunity to join our operations team in Kamloops, BC, starting March 3, 2025. This position follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 8-hour workdays and offers benefits after 300+ hours worked. The hourly rate for this permanent role is $75/hr for Employees and $90/hr for DSPs.

What would you be doing?•Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
•Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
•Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
•Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,
•Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

Qualifications
•Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites.
•Oil and Fas Millwright experience with Pump maintenance and rebuilds.
•Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
•A journeyperson ticket in a millwright trade is considered an asset.
•Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
•Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
•Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
