Probst Electric is seeking a Substation Construction Manager to oversee all phases of substation construction projects in Texas. This position is responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safe and timely project delivery, coordinating subcontractors and crews, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
