Title: Store Manager

Reports To: Operations Supervisor

1. Statement of the Position-

To oversee the complete and efficient operation of a convenience store and employees by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinates.

2. Duties and Responsibilities-

A. General Management

+ Making bank deposits per company policy. + Order and maintain productive levels of inventory. + Ensure store appearance meets company standards. + Work a minimum of 20 hours per week on the register. + Be able to perform all subordinate job duties.

B. Controls/Security

+ Oversee monthly inventory counts. + Investigate cash & inventory variances

C. Bookkeeping

D. Personnel

+ Perform Performance Evaluations on all subordinates. + Responsible for the appearance and conduct of employees. + Handle employee complaints and problems, including taking disciplinary action
