Responsibilities
•Generate new leads through various channels, including door knocking, networking and referrals.
•Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
•Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively to potential clients.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
•Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales targets.
•Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations and negotiations with D2D clients.
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
•Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales, preferably in a technology-related field.
•Strong skills in lead generation, account management, and sales management.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
•Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
•A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
•Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
•Familiarity with D2D sales processes is highly desirable.
