Stone Polisher

High volume stone shop looking for a stone polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using hand tools to polish and finish various types of granite, quartz, and other decorative stones used in retail or residential installations. Benefits package available.

Responsibilities:

Hand and machine polishing of machine cut stone slabs

Edge finishing and detailing

Ensuring a high-quality finish suitable for countertops, vanities, and displays

Working with shop equipment safely and efficiently using PPE

Minor repair and touch-up work

Minor equipment maintenance

Requirements:

Previous experience in stone polishing or fabrication is preferred

Ability to lift heavy stone (at least 50 lbs.) and work in a shop environment

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Experience with CNC or edge profiling machines is preferred

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Bilingual is preferred (English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
