About This Job

Industrial Mill Maintenance is hiring loaders for our steel shipping crews at a Youngstown, OH mill that makes pipe for the oil and gas industry.

•

This is a strict drug free workplace including medical or recreational marijuana and alcohol.

We send all candidates for observed* drug tests and physicals.

Job Description:

Job duties include preparing rail cars and trucks for transport, loading and securing pipe.

•

Strictly follow all Safety Rules and Regulations

•

Climb up, down semi trucks to secure loads of pipe for shipping

•

Band steel pipe to secure railcar loads

•

Arrive on time for shift and work as a part of a team

•

Follow team leader instructions

Qualifications :

•

Experience with strict safety rules and regulations

•

Physically fit with the ability to lift, push and pull 75 pounds minimum and climb 10-25 feet

•

Proven dependability and good attendance with a steady employment history

•

Must be able to pass an observed drug test and criminal background screening and random drug testing on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
