Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, territory management, and account management. This role requires a proactive approach to sales with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Whether you excel in inside sales, direct sales, or construction related sales, your skills will contribute to our growth and success.
Duties
•Door to door crew coordination
•Architectural steel products knowledge is a plus
•Able to measure, recommend and manage installation of products
•Generate new leads through various channels and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
•Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring all accounts are nurtured and developed.
•Upsell products and services to existing customers by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
•Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
•Engage in inside sales activities, including making calls, sending emails, and conducting virtual meetings with clients.
•Participate in outside sales efforts by attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent account management practices.
•Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Requirements
•Proven experience in lead generation and territory management is preferred.
•Strong skills in upselling and account management are essential for success in this role.
•Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
•Experience in inside sales or direct sales is highly desirable; Construction related sales experience is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
•Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•A strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial.
