Nashville Electric Service is currently accepting applications for the Staffing Specialist position in our Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Section.
The primary purpose of this position is to develop, revise, and execute recruiting plans that typically include advertising, interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidate qualifications for open positions.
· Two years of experience coordinating, implementing and administering human resources programs and processes is required.
· Valid Class D driver’s license from state of residence in accordance with state law.
Must attain satisfactory scores on applicable job-related examinations.

Minimum annual salary is $95,846.40, and maximum annual salary is $143,769.60.
