, you will work with the Baker Hughes Americas Service Engineering team, leading Trip Reduction Program (TRP) projects for contractual customers in the region. You will carry out a root cause analysis of top offenders causing forced shutdowns on critical rotating equipment, including Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Motors, Steam Turbines, Reciprocating Compressors etc., and related auxiliaries. Continuous alignment with project and service engineering teams and vendors is requested, ensuring the service provided is aligned with customer expectations.
