Location: Los Angeles County

Project: Various schools across Los Angeles County

Client: LAUSD

Salary: $166,000 - $170,000K

Working within LAUSD and can be located at one of the various schools throughout Los Angeles County. Projects SOW and construction value varies.

Daily Responsibilities:

Project Details (Size, SOW, Site Background, etc.):

+ Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or Construction Management OR Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree. The candidate must be able to complete the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one (1) year of employment in the Facilities Services Division of the Los Angeles Unified School District. OR College undergraduate possess more than 20 years of Construction or Project Management experience and must complete the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one (1) year of employment in the Facilities Services Division. OR Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential which may substitute for the required education
