Expected salary range of $173,700 to $193,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Provides overall management of the Site Project Management Function. Responsibilities include: Fleet integration and execution of all capital improvements performed by the site, works with station senior management team to develop and implement plans that support site and corporate business goals and objectives.
- Primary responsibility is to oversee the execution of large capital projects. This includes accountability to schedule quality, and cost minimization. The site lead will own the applicable portion of the Growth Strategic Plan and be responsible for its execution in all facets of the Project Lifecycle.
- Accountable for gaining Executive Approval for Site Capital Investments. This authorization includes Growth Project Authorization Processes - CSES, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors Approvals"
- Responsible for providing accurate estimates during all phases of the project lifecycle, this includes robust change control management throughout project design and execution.
- Accountable for the retention and development of project managers supporting line management. Evaluate assigned staff and recommend related training and/or Human Resources actions. Solicit feedback on performance of personnel
- Meet with regulatory groups to gain approval and respond to inquiries.
- Responsible for supporting improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership and interdepartmental coordination skills, financial management and project scheduling core competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Technical or Management Discipline
- 10 years' experience with at least 3 in supervision and 3 years in the management of projects
- PMP Certification, within 18 months of starting position
