Sr Manager- Tank Integrity

Energy Transfer is one of the largest and most diversified midstream energy companies in North America with approximately 120,000 miles of pipelines and associated energy infrastructure across 41 states transporting oil and gas products. The Sr. Manager - Tank Integrity will be responsible for the assurance of tank integrity program within Energy Transfer. The Sr. Manager Tank Integrity will mentor, train and evaluate all personnel in their department through one-on-one coaching, Individual Development plans, and annual performance reviews which are aligned with the Energy Transfer policies. The Sr. Manager Tank Integrity will also develop and maintain Cost Center budgets and oversee their department’s project scope development and budget costs. This role routinely interacts with Operations, Commercial communicating schedules, budgets inspection results and any potential business impacts. The Sr. Manager Tank Integrity will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and evergreen of the Tank Integrity Program ensuring the MI department meets and adheres to all applicable regulations and company SOPs such as 195, EPA, LADEQ, PAPUC, NJDEP TECEQ and ET supporting procedures and regulatory SOPs.
