What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Manager of Maintenance Systems and Planning, you will direct the maintenance systems and be responsible for planning the execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of the DNL Maintenance Management Standard across the Dyno Nobel Americas manufacturing sites. Other duties include:

- Live and foster Dyno Nobel Values

- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards

- Lead implementation of DNL Maintenance Management Standard across site operations.

- Compile, publish, and analyze maintenance KPI’s across Dyno Nobel Americas (DNA).

- Lead audits of Maintenance Management Standard

- Facilitate continuous improvement projects for maintenance teams

- Collaborate with Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific on revisions to Maintenance Management Standard

- Interpret standards as needed to support operations

- Develop maintenance KPI’s

- Lead site audits and contribute to site improvement plans.

- Drive initiatives for maintenance performance improvement and reliability.

- Drive generation of Asset Management Plans (AMP) in line with Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP)

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field

- Lead the implementation of the IPLG Maintenance Management Standard across all site operations.

- Maintain the quality and integrity of CMMS master data.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Maintenance

- 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Familiarity with ISO55000 and asset management best practices

- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
