Maintenance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes through effective management of maintenance staff and resources.

Duties

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards.

- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

- Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems.

- Manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.

- Ensure HVAC systems are maintained for optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or improvement.

- Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades or new installations.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schematics, electrical work, and mechanical repairs.

- Train staff on safety protocols and best practices in maintenance operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a management role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.

- Familiarity with HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and facilities management principles.

- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings related to electrical and mechanical systems.

- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.

- Strong project management capabilities to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
