Position Summary

Antora is seeking a Commissioning Leader to execute our first grid-connected thermal energy storage (TES) power plant and to establish a scalable model for future commissioning activities. You will be instrumental in achieving Antora's company-level goal of deploying 150+ MW of zero-emissions industrial energy capacity in 2026. As the driving force behind our project's commissioning success, you will lead cross-functional teams, embed a culture of safety and technical rigor, and develop the repeatable systems and practices that allow Projects 2–5 to be delivered faster, safer, and more cost-effectively.

Salary Range: $155,000 USD - $190,000 USD

Salary Basis: Annual

The actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experiences, credentials and expertise, as they pertain to the position's requirements.
