What You’ll Do:

You’ll dive deep into how things move, flow, and function—observing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and engineering better ways forward. You’ll lead plant layout and process flow improvements, support product launches, and fine-tune logistics to keep supply chains running smoothly. From creating value stream maps to developing manufacturing processes with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure operations hit their targets for availability, performance, and quality. Along the way, you’ll keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Centrus’s unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.

We’d Love to Hear From People With:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline

- 5+ years of manufacturing experience

- Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

- Experience working with manufacturing quality systems such as NQA-1, ISO/TS, or AS9100

- The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.

A Successful Candidate Brings:

- Current “Q” or “L” clearance.

- Experience with composites manufacturing or centrifuge systems

- Familiarity with AIAG Core Tools and statistical analysis

- Proven project management experience

- Experience with license-driven safety significant parts/systems
