This role will execute and support routine Treasury responsibilities, evaluate non-routine transactions, perform research and analysis, and perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will include areas of higher complexity and impact to the organization and will include interaction with the Company’s key banking partners. A successful individual in this position will demonstrate initiative, is able to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate a positive attitude. The Analyst will work both independently and collaboratively and will need to work effectively and efficiently in a hybrid and/or primary remote work environment. A successful candidate will have a keen interest in Treasury and in continuous learning.
- Execute the Company’s daily cash positioning strategy and ensure cash investments are in compliance with the Company’s Investment Policy
- Review and approval of daily payment processing
- Act as liaison to other departments on treasury and banking inquiries; daily contact with banks, business units, accounts payable and accounting staff
- Preparation of cash and investment management reports
- Maintain data for cash forecast
- Manage banking communications, relationships, and related administrative activities
- Respond to audit requests and coordinate audit activities
- Prepare and coordinate the Borrowing Base Redetermination calculations and compliance documents
- Maintain and reconcile weighted average interest calculations and confirmation of fees
- Maintain and update compliance calculations
- Gather and prepare documents prior to compliance deadlines
- Assist with ad hoc projects, analyses and process improvement

- Bachelor’s degree in business, with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 4+ years of related finance / accounting / treasury experience - Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or professional certification such as CFA, CPA or CTA a plusLOCATION/WORK SCHEDULE: Denver – Hybrid work schedule with ability to commute to the Denver office on short notice and as needed to support business requirements; this role should expect 1+ days in office on average per week.
