Opens, maintains, and invoices Service Department work orders. Assists in answering customer phone calls, directs to appropriate tech and/or Management. Assist in all phases of the Shop Trend System and Payroll. Assist in purchasing parts, and supplies for Service Department. Assist in Quoting jobs, Performs filing, and record maintenance.
· Must have a working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives.
· Must be computer literate, a Windows based environment preferred. (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
· Must have the ability to effectively operate fax, printer, copier, and telephone system.
· Work with Management on opening, maintaining and closing Service Dept. work orders.
· Assist in answering customer phone calls before directing call to techs or Management.
· Assist in all phases of the Service Dept. Trend Payroll System.
· Ability to purchase parts and supplies for shop and handle themselves in a professional manner.
· Promote good welfare among the company and its’ divisions.
· Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; a.m. to p.m.
