In Chemicals & Materials, OMV through its subsidiary Borealis, is one of the world's leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions and a European market leader in base chemicals and plastics recycling. Together with its two major joint ventures - Borouge (with ADNOC, in the UAE and Singapore) and Baystar™ (with TotalEnergies, in the USA) - Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.

Your Profile
•University degree: Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Legal, or Equivalent
•Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience + International Exposure AND 3+ years of leadership experience
•Relevant Professional Skills;
+ Upstream commercial operations and contract management.
+ Economic evaluation and commercial structuring of E&P projects.
+ Understanding of sales agreements, joint venture arrangements, and infrastructure access.
+ Risk assessment and mitigation in commercial transactions.
+ Understanding of fiscal regimes and concessions agreements (i.e., JoA, JVA).
+ Data interpretation and decision support for investment cases.
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
+ Clear and persuasive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Skilled in cross-cultural collaboration and diplomacy.
•Experience in upstream commercial operations, with a understanding of the full Exploration & Production (E&P) value chain.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess and interpret complex commercial and technical data.
•High level of business acumen and a commercially driven mindset.
•Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized, with a proactive and positive attitude.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Fluency in English, Arabic, and/or French (spoken and written).
Your Tasks
•Manage all OMV lifting operations in close collaboration with OMV Supply and Trading and coordinate with all stakeholders like terminal partners, customs agencies, and ETAP to ensure smooth and effective lifting operations for oil and propane.
•Representing OMV at the marketing meetings with granting authority and all other oil producers and negotiate schedules and lifting plans to protect and optimize OMV’s interests and value.
•Monitor OMV Tunisia’s shipping operations and intervene as required (24/7) to protect OMV’s interests and value. Run “Commercial Operations” including risk management, monitoring and value tracking.
•Responsible for all commercial gas deliveries topics and acting as focal point towards the main stakeholders. Technical review and first signature of all gas.
•Mange existing agreements in terms of commercial obligations and operational constrains, Ensure contractual terms are well implemented and followed by operations teams in all operated assets.
•Support the invoicing process.
•Provide commercial inputs for business development projects including renewable energy opportunities. Proactively propose value creatin opportunities and solutions.
•Support negotiations of new oil transportation contracts, oil and LPG storage contracts, gas sales agreements updates and amendments and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
•Act as an OMV interlocutor to key stakeholders (STEG, ETAP, Granting Authorities, JV Partners, Oil and LPG buyers, service providers) on Commercial issues. Develop and maintain relationships to align objectives and secure commercial effectiveness.
•Counsel management and other OMV teams and JV partners to provide clarifications and guidance on commercial topics.
•Prepare relevant reports and statements/internal memos as appropriate for the various stakeholders, both internal and external.
•Work closely with legal department to scope, develop, negotiate and implement agreements and contracts.
