Sr. Director of Project Finance

Trail Ridge Power (TRP) works with national commercial and industrial real estate partners to create portfolio-wide energy transition solutions for their sustainability needs. We originate, design, develop, finance, own and operate renewable energy assets on a stand-alone basis but also in conjunction with energy efficiency technologies to help our partners reach their net-zero-carbon goals. These assets include solar generation, battery storage, fuel cells, building controls, and other cleantech offerings to provide on-premises or local generation solutions as well as a load control and curtailment. At Trail Ridge Power, the future of renewables is not just rooftop solar but looking at generation and consumption as inherently interconnected.

The Role:

The Senior Director will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will manage and execute the process for debt and tax equity financings, with an emphasis on coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring thorough completion of all closing requirements. This position requires a seasoned professional with strong transaction management experience, particularly in managing complex financial closings

Qualified applicants in NYC, Boulder CO or Cambridge MA are preferred. The company will consider remote applicants within the United States.
