Role Summary: As a Senior Development Analyst, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of developers to configure, enhance, and support work management applications and mobile solutions. This role involves designing and implementing RESTful APIs, working with SQL Server or Oracle databases, and leveraging your expertise to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Experience with IBM Maximo is highly desirable.

You will play a key role in ensuring quality through our SDLC process, following agile methodologies to deliver high-performing applications. A strong customer service focus is essential, as you will provide timely and accurate support to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires close cross-departmental collaboration to resolve issues, maintain smooth operations, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Lead and participate in most aspects of software enhancement primarily for packaged applications, including configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance activities.

Lead software enhancement projects including directing the work assignments and priorities of others.

Collaborate with key process owners on documentation of application defects, enhancements and/or projects.

Lead configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance of software solutions as prioritized by the business including creating/updating system documentation and training materials around an existing application suite.

Lead gathering and documenting of business requirements to determine capabilities to be delivered.

Consult with users on priorities, complexities and other impacts of the requirements.

Provide time and cost estimates for proposed changes resulting from the requirements.

Identify opportunities to deploy existing solutions in other business areas.

Coordinate and communicate development activities with other team members, infrastructure personnel, vendors and management.

Follow defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required documentation and governance standards.

Interact with business users via consulting and training to ensure effective use of technology solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

What You Will Need

Preferred Bachelor's Degree MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and/or work experience in addition to the following job-related experience:

Experience with multiple development languages and/or platforms.

Experience in software development and programming concepts/techniques.

Experience working with database management systems.

Experience with most aspects of the software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management concepts.

Experience with basic infrastructure technologies and the ability to understand/communicate impacts resulting from development activities.

Experience directing and training other project members.

Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively.

Experience developing information, conducting meetings and making presentations.

Experience with Maximo preferred.

Read and write fluently in English.

Preferred Applicable Driver's License.

Use office tools and equipment required.

Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions; conduct oral presentations and/or meetings.

Visual ability sufficient to perform job duties.
