Sr. Construction Superintendent (5 Years Experience Required)

We are a multi-disciplined general contractor and self-perform many activities on federal contracts. We currently have an opening for a Superintendent in the Palo Alto area of California and surrounding areas to oversee FEDERAL Government projects primarily at the Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals.

Job Summary:

Hawk Contracting Group is currently seeking qualified applicants for a General Construction Superintendent position based in the Palo Alto area of California. This position will be responsible for managing and monitoring new construction and renovations in VA Medical Facilities throughout the area. Current projects are in Palo Alto, CA. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring work is performed according to Company standards and the project specifications. In addition, the position will be responsible for overall layout, productivity, safety, quality control, labor costs, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials, subcontractor management and any other activity that would impact the successful completion of the project.
