Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong field leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage project schedules, subcontractors, and budgets effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on all job sites.

Key Responsibilities

•

Daily on-site supervision of field operations across one or more active job sites

•

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries

•

Monitor project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and keep projects on budget

•

Conduct regular walkthroughs, inspections, and safety meetings

•

Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies

•

Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

•

Maintain accurate daily logs and field reports

•

Support pay application processes and assist with project closeout

•

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

Qualifications

•

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar construction leadership role

•

Proven success with Commercial Tenant Improvements and Public Works / Prevailing Wage projects

•

Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and trade sequencing

•

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

•

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment

•

Familiarity with California building codes and job site inspection protocols

•

OSHA 30 Certification

•

Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation

•

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job site tasks as needed
