In this role, you will be responsible for environmental planning, permitting, execution and environmental inspection as it applies to program work.

- Accountable for the environmental planning process including the preparation of assessments reports, public information sessions, the acquisition of permits, and cost estimating.

- Work with federal, provincial, and local agencies to secured approvals and ensure environmental compliance of projects.

- Monitor compliance with environmental permits and conditions during construction and ensure post construction environmental permit compliance.

- Establish working relationships with government agencies, agency personnel, Indigenous communities, and landowners.

- Manage environmental aspect of multiple projects simultaneously, including management of consultants and adherence to schedule and budget.

Who You Are:

- A degree in an environmental or related field.

- Familiarity with environmental assessment methodologies and permitting requirements across Canada.

- 6 years of environmental experience in pipeline, industry, or upstream oil and gas sectors.

- Effective written and oral communication skills, focused internally and externally at all levels.

- Prioritize multiple tasks and work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to develop effective, collaborative relationships with colleagues from a variety of subject areas, levels of the organization and across geographic locations.

- Office environment.

- 10% travel.
