We're seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our multifamily affordable housing renewable energy initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of our multifamily affordable housing renewable energy projects, including PV and energy storage systems designed and executed by Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners. This role involves managing multiple company projects, with full accountability for organization, timelines, and delivery—spanning planning, design, construction, and commissioning—to achieve rapid placement in service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Priorities and Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each initiative, including scope, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.

•

Coordinate with internal Project Managers, EPCs, and external stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

•

Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, third-party vendors, and subcontractors to optimize project execution and resolve any issues promptly.

•

Support Project Managers in creating comprehensive designs, budgets, and cost estimates, while providing ongoing supervision and adjustments as needed.

•

Monitor project performance using industry-standard tools, systems, and metrics to track progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.

•

Prepare regular reports and updates for the COO and company ownership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications

•

Strong educational background in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

•

Demonstrated knowledge of AI applications in renewable energy, including design optimization, project management, and execution strategies that minimize manpower through automation and predictive analytics.

•

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the commercial renewable energy sector, with a focus on multifamily housing and microgrid projects.

•

Solid technical expertise combined with exceptional organizational skills to handle complex, multi-faceted initiatives.

•

Outstanding written and oral communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail and proven proficiency in multitasking under tight deadlines.
