The Team & Role

Join our AC Residential Sustaining Team as an Engineering Co-op/Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting compressor families post-production. You’ll work alongside a diverse group of engineers to drive improvements in design, manufacturing, sourcing, and cost efficiency. This opportunity offers exposure to a global engineering environment and cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities & Your Day-to-Day

- Support ongoing design and sourcing changes for compressor families.

- Assist in cost reduction initiatives and supplier/customer support.

- Collaborate with engineers on plant support and troubleshooting.

- Participate in cross-functional projects involving labs, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.

What You Bring

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Interest in manufacturing, product design, and continuous improvement.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree per related field(s)

- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

- Anticipated Graduation of December 2026 or May 2027

- Ability to work the Spring Semester (January 5th, 2026 - May 15th, 2026)

- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
