Huot is seeking a full time Spot Welder, reporting to the Welder Supervisor. Hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Set up and operation of all spot welders to produce parts and assemblies.

* Inspects welds and parts for conformance to print and quality standards.

* Assisting in keeping welding department clean and organized.

* Reports discrepancies and works with supervisor to problem solve.

* Works with supervisor to maintain equipment needs.

* Floats to other departments as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or GED.

* Ability to read blue prints

* Experience with a caliper

* One year of spot welding experience

* Must be able to hold and lift items for long periods of time

* Ability to lift 35 pounds

This is a factory environment. There will be exposure to dust, hot/cold temperatures, and unpleasant smells.

A pre-employment drug screen is required upon hire.
