The service technician is responsible for completing all service calls on their schedule in a timely manner. Filling out all required paperwork in our system once the job is complete. Working with the service technician lead to improve process when necessary.
- Complete all service calls as assigned by the monitoring specialists
- Take good notes on all jobs, including detailed description of work done, pictures when possible, and upload them to the ticket associated with the job.
- Know who to call when help is needed
- Complete all trainings and certifications in a timely manner
- Drive to jobs sites and interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Complete one job every two hours of work on average.
- Reach out to the monitoring specialists when the schedule is complete and there is still time in the day.
- Be proactive about free time making sure that it is spent efficiently and helping the team.
- All technicians are expected to wear ES Solar shirts out to customers' houses.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or the D.O.O
- It is expected that all service team members are cross trained to ensure coverage at all times.
