SPECIALIST-COMPLIANCE TRAINING LEAD

Position Description PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The

plays a key role in supporting EHS regulatory compliance, overseeing the training processes, and determining current and future employee training needs for all of the Mid-Atlantic region. The role partners with Operations to ensure training is completed, tracked, and documented. Evaluates, designs, coordinates and implements training and education programs. Works directly with employees to provide guidance and build essential skills.

Education

Experience / Specific Knowledge

+ Knowledge of products, modes of transport and methods of handling bulk, liquid and hazardous materials preferred + Familiarity with EPA / FRA / DOT / NFPA / OSHA requirements preferred
