Production Team Member - SPECIAL PAINT - 1st Shift

Will train motivated individuals in all areas of our manufacturing facility.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

- Experience using a paint gun

- Knowledge and Experience with paint mixing ratios

- Understanding of prep work, cleaning, quality control and acid washing

- Must be reliable and have dependable transportation

- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain strict attendance standards

- Ability to read tape measure and determine appropriate measurements

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job order specifications, engineering drawings, and follow instructions

- Maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

- Experience in manufacturing and/or production is a PLUS, but not required

- Ability to work with small hand tools to include drilling and grinding

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job to include standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs.
