Raven Solar Services, established in 2017, and veteran owned & operated, is
seeking to employ a persuasive advertising sales representative with solid
working knowledge of home solar systems and/or at least 2 years of
demonstrated success in sales and customer service who will promote our
* Identifying customer needs and tailoring a solution. For example:
*Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations to service and trade
groups (ex: real estate) on the value of inspecting systems and keeping them in
*Presenting advertising solutions through both traditional and online media (ex:
business cards, door hangers, social media, Google Reviews, Yelp)
*Provide customers with cost estimates of the products or services required.
*Managing follow up calls for service and completed jobs, addressing customer
service issues and escalating concerns to management as appropriate.
*Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
*Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
*Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Proven experience working as an advertising
