Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of solar sales experience (required)

- Proven track record of closing residential solar deals

- Ability to recruit, train, and lead sales teams

- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in solar software (SOLO, Aurora, or similar)

- Background in technical or direct sales preferred

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven solar proposals using ASA’s advanced platform

- Manage and track customer pipelines through a streamlined CRM

- Recruit, train, and lead up to 15 sales professionals

- Earn override commissions on team performance

- Deliver accurate financial and ROI analyses to customers

- Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience from sale to install
