Solar inside sales

Change Solar is rapidly expanding and seeking motivated, energetic representatives to set appointments for our outside sales representatives within Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties. Successful candidates will be given qualified leads to call on, with a goal of setting at least two appointments per day for our sales team.

Training from our experienced sales team will be provided, along with all the other tools necessary to succeed in this position. In addition to the resources available for your success, we are proud to have a work culture and environment that nobody ever wants to leave. You will love working here.

Change Solar is changing the way homeowners buy solar. From our award winning service and warranty, to our fully transparent pricing model, we make the customer experience unlike anything they have ever seen before. The ideal candidate will have some sales or customer service experience, be organized, highly driven to achieve greatness, and work with high energy (solar sales experience is not required). If you bring those attributes to Change Solar, we will make sure that you earn a phenomenal living and enjoy a work environment like no other.

Successful candidates will earn an hourly wage, plus a generous bonus for each appointment that sits with a sales rep for a presentation, and an additional greater bonus for each appointment that results in a closed sale.
